I am 37 Married Mother of 6 beautiful children :) I have 3 deep passions! First is seeing my husband and children thrive in all GOD has for them :) After that I am crazy wild about supernatural healing signs n wonders, miracles and the prophetic :) That list goes on and on... The 3rd would be healthy living.I call this blog "Juiced Alive" because its how I feel when I juice!Juicing and a raw diet mean a great deal to me. I am not 100% raw. I was born and raised in Alaska so I LOVE SALMON and MOOSE MEAT!! Juicing has been a big blessing to my body. I have been doing it for almost 8 yrs now. My children LOVE the hulk drink and many others :) My hope is that this blog will display that it can be simple and enjoyable. I could write pages on the benefits of juicing but I will spare you.........for now :) BLESSINGS!

Pineapple + Banana + Kiwi Smoothie Vitamix Drink

Yes we have been making pineapple and kiwi drinks often :) The summer heat is ALMOST here so we will be indulging in  a load of COLD smoothies! I like how creamy this one turned out. It calls for coconut milk and coconut oil which are both EXCELLENT for you!


1 cup coconut milk
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 frozen banana
4 kiwi
5 or more ice cubes

The coconut milk that I use is a box of  "So Delicious" I get unsweetened.

Blend the liquids together then add the rest.

Did you know coconut oil is the BOMB??? Yes it really is! Ingesting it increases your immunity, helps with digestion and weight loss, is a antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial and the list goes on. I love candida killers! Anything that heals the gut is AWESOME to me.Coconut oil is so good for your skin too. I encourage you to read up on coconut oil. Check out the caprylic acid that is inside the oil. I think you will be buying organic coconut oil after you read all about it.

Do have problems with sugar levels with so much fruit in your drinks? Do you have any techniques for juicing cilantro and parsley and such? My juicer just shoots most of the plant out the back, lol. Thank you!!!!
