Come get your protein :) This drink is for your Vitamix or whatever kind of blender you have. I like to give this one to my kids before dance class or swimming. They are not particularly fond of almond butter but this drink always comes out so sweet tasting. In fact they ask me to make it less sweet LOL.
1 1/2 cup or more coconut milk or almond milk
1 banana
1 bag of frozen strawberries - I used Trader Joe's organic strawberry frozen bag
1 TBS of goji berries
2 TBS of almond butter or more
1 Tsp honey more if you want it sweet
1 TBS of coconut oil
I throw in a few fresh strawberries if I have them but it makes this drink sweeter. More almond butter will tone that down. You can ice to make it more smoothish if you like. Enjoy!
