About Me

My photo
I am 37 Married Mother of 6 beautiful children :) I have 3 deep passions! First is seeing my husband and children thrive in all GOD has for them :) After that I am crazy wild about supernatural healing signs n wonders, miracles and the prophetic :) That list goes on and on... The 3rd would be healthy living.I call this blog "Juiced Alive" because its how I feel when I juice!Juicing and a raw diet mean a great deal to me. I am not 100% raw. I was born and raised in Alaska so I LOVE SALMON and MOOSE MEAT!! Juicing has been a big blessing to my body. I have been doing it for almost 8 yrs now. My children LOVE the hulk drink and many others :) My hope is that this blog will display that it can be simple and enjoyable. I could write pages on the benefits of juicing but I will spare you.........for now :) BLESSINGS!

Strawberry + Peach + Manuka Honey Vitamix Smoothie

My children said I gave them ice cream after they took a drink of this. I laughed and thought wow its so easy to get healthy goods into them.

Have you ever heard of Manuka honey? Major great stuff! Manuka honey has loads of healing properties inside of it. It has been known to heal step throat! WOW now that's intense! Manuka honey has been said to heal sore throats and colds, infections such as MRSA, minor burns, skin ulcers and boils, tummy ulcers and such. So guess what I like? Yep Manuka honey! From experience when my kids have sore throats or strep I use it and see things turn. I see a change quickly.

1 cup of peach yogurt
1 cup or more of strawberries
1 banana
1 cup coconut milk
2 TBSP of manuka honey
2 TBSP of coconut oil
probiotic or prebiotic capsules opened up and poured in.

You can delete the peach yogurt and use kefir or take it out all together. The coconut milk will make it creamy enough.

Kinda hard to see but that is Mt.Shasta in the very back ground :)

Hope you enjoy this smoothie. My children sure did!

BE JUICED ALIVE!!!

Hi there sorry for not getting back to you a while ago! Manuka honey can be purchased at Orchard. Raw honey would be the second best choice.
